We capture model numbers, serial numbers, manufacture dates, and condition of all major systems — HVAC, water heater, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, electrical panel, garage door opener, and more. This precision data powers your AI.
Yes, we prefer you to be home so you can ensure access to all major appliances and systems. The visit is fast — about an hour — and you can go about your day while our specialist works.
Our cataloging assessment documents equipment for AI-powered maintenance planning only. It is NOT a licensed home inspection, certified appraisal, structural evaluation, safety assessment, or repair service.

Core ($12/mo) gives you the full AI autopilot experience — Equipment Tracker, HPR Score, predictive alerts, and 10-year calendar. Elite ($22/mo) adds the Home Value Preservation Simulator, priority AI advisor responses, family member access, and Collective Intelligence insights.
Absolutely! You can upgrade from Core to Elite at any time. We'll prorate your existing subscription so you only pay the difference.
No long-term contracts. Plans renew monthly, and you can cancel anytime. Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation.

Absolutely. We use bank-level encryption to protect all your data. Your equipment details and home information are stored securely and never shared with third parties without your explicit consent.

Yes! You can export your complete Equipment Tracker Profile, maintenance history, and vault documents at any time from your dashboard.
Using Upkeeply
Not required! Your AI runs forever from the initial cataloging data. However, we offer an optional Annual Refresh visit ($149, or $99 bundled with Elite) to update your baseline for peak AI accuracy — great after renovations or new appliance purchases.
Your Equipment Tracker Profile becomes a valuable asset for buyers! You can share a read-only view with potential buyers or transfer the complete profile to new owners as part of the sale.
Each property requires its own cataloging visit and subscription. Contact us for multi-property discounts if you're managing more than one home.
Simply invite them from your dashboard using their email address. They'll receive an invitation to create their own account and view the shared Equipment Tracker Profile and AI alerts.
